As you glimpse carefully to your right and try to get a sight of what is happening in the line of people, all you can see is what appears to be a goblin soldier marching down the line of these people standing in place, the goblin every now and then turns to face someone, there is the sound of a slicing metal sound and then a loud thud following seconds later. Unfortunately the goblin’s body seems to be concealing your sight from seeing precisely what was happening, but your inner instincts begin to burn with discomfort and distress. The sounds are vile and seem to implement gore or some type of brutality. Michael, the small boy, gives you a very confident smile, “Yea! I’d love to be your fr…” just in mid-sentence, the goblin who had been marching along the line of people was upon Michael with despicable hands and sharp fingernails, he cupped it around the boys face as if to yell at him, and he did.
“There shall be no talking here, youngling!” he hissed violently at the boy with his deep gruff voice. This goblin looked similar to Cleaver, only he seemed shorter in size, but also uglier. As your character’s eyes begin to widen in fright and your jaw drops in disbelief, this cruel goblin turns his head to face you, his eyes flaring with malice. He crawls his way to you and faces you with his wrinkles and veins bulging like a rattlesnake’s hide. “What?!? The little lady has something to say? Are you not happy standing here quietly, is that it?” he was very short tempered and boorish. He drew out a small curling dagger in one hand and held it fiercely, “We can fix that quite swiftly I assure you!” The nasty goblin hollered and moved the dagger close your neck, a revolting tension rising in every inch and muscle of your body. Your eyes close in deep terror from what was meant to happen next, your neck begins to swell.

“Agonor! Stay your hand from that young girl at once!” A mighty, deep roar sent a wave of power in your direction along with the nasty goblin’s attention. Just from the sound of this deep bellow caused Agonor to tighten his shoulders, widen his eyes in fear, and drop the curled dagger at the same time. He turned around to face his trepidation. From what you could see along with the goblin, on one of the porches located on the central square building that everyone was facing was a tall, bulky, shadowy figure who was very, very intimidating in his appearance. You swear that you can make out what appeared to be horns, but the sun’s shadow made it too difficult to come to any conclusion.
“But lord Necthana! This one is worth far less than the others, couldn’t we jus…” Agonor’s whining was interrupted by the massive figure’s deep roaring voice return,
“Agonor! The battle has already been won! Or have you forgotten that? Perhaps you have also forgotten who has led you this far?” he stated.
“No, my lord. I only was going to accomplish what yo…”
“Then the young lady is to be left unharmed! If her clothing is but ripped you shall lose your right arm! If she has but one scratch, you shall lose both. If you disobey me, you shall perish. Understand?”
Agonor lowered his head in spinelessness and nodded politely, “Yes my lord, I do.”
The darkened figure began to move away and to another side of the porch. “Then see to it that she is treated well and is given food and drink. I shall see to her in my new headquarters soon enough. I have some questions in which she must answer for me.” he said gruffly but sternly. All the goblin soldiers stomped a foot in accordance and shouted, “Yes lord Necthana!” And the entire city went quiet until he was out of sight.

Agonor turns to you, carefully taking your arm in his contemptible grip, and tugs you carefully along, away from the line of people. “Come along, you.” he says curtly, a hidden dose of detestation mixed in the quality. As you are taken toward the square tower, you manage to glance back at Michael who looks sad to have met and lost you so soon, “Goodbye.” he whispers to you compassionately.

she looks back at michael and then up at the goblin as she is being tugged away. "wait, i thought that...where are we going....who's lord Necthana? ....slow down i cant walk that fast" as her little legs struggle to keep up.

You are taken into the large square shaped building by Agonor, as you gaze up, you watch as the great height of the tower overthrows any pinnacle your vision could follow, then suddenly your sight is darkened as you begin to enter the entrance tunnel that leads into this strange structure.

Agonor takes you into a dining room full of goblin soldier's filling up their stomachs in a ravenous feast. They are eating at a wooden oak table with metal components settled as legs and borders along the edges. Their was a foul smell along the air, it most definitely emerged from the meat that they were eating. The disgusting, fresh, bloody, fully rare pieces of meat were laid on the table without a plate and they did not even bother using utensils to dig into their, prey.

Your character is settled on a small metal chair at the end of the table where all the activity is taking place. The goblins seem to suddenly cease their eating motions and active conversation to sit and stare at your character with dislike and aversion. As you become more comfortable in this chair, Agonor walks to a spot near the floor by the goblins, he picks up a slab of bloody meat, plops it onto a plate, walks up to where your character is settled, and sets the plate in front of you with a heavy bang.

As your character sits and stares at this grossness set before you, the goblins begin to resume their eating and conversation with one another.
"A triumph on Borasheem, as I was saying my lads, that will have us in the ancient texts for sure! You all know how infamous conquering armies have come out, Arrr?"
"Aye, but the true reason why Borasheem's fall was Necthana that is certain. The crumby nation fell because of Corr's surprise tactics! He's fearless when, did you see, when those first five thought that their swords would actually go somewhere? Gwa ha! What a laugh!"
"I wonder if Necthana will ever find, ya know, what he's been looking for all this time. He's been looking for some many moons hadn't he now?"
"As far as I can remember us picking you up as a recruit and even as far as I can remember me picking up a sword for Necthana. But you're right, this here search has been tight. He must really be onto something big."
"Tis like a big hunt it is! And Corr's got em self a prey on the run! What you say, Baraks?"
One of the goblins, obviously named Baraks, gives your character a depraved glance with his narrowed eyes, his mouth full of red meat, chewing filthily, "Me thinks there is a treasure at the end of this trail, that is for certain lads. Grrr... why was this young one spared, I really question."
The others also stared in your direction, one of the goblin's says, "Necthana has a thing for her so is said. Otherwise though, I have no idea why her bones aint on the table just like the lot of em! Grah Ha Ha!" and they began to laugh in a chorus of goblin mirth, raising their mugs of ale and toasting again and again.

Your stomach begins to hurt as if you hadn't eaten for weeks, and your throat is so very dry, it almost hurts.
Crystalwanderingcleric on March 2nd, 2006 09:20 pm (UTC)
she looks at all the meat in front of her with discust and looks for something else to eat. she shutters then catches an eye full of what the goblins are drinking. it starts to look really good and she trys to see how she can get herself some.

There is unfortunately nothing but raw fleshy meat from what you can see on the table, and on the floor. There is an extra mug that seems to be sitting alone by itself on the edge of the oak table away from the goblins' reach. Your character sneaks slowly toward this mug while the goblins are laughing and cheering with each other.

Just as you are about to take hold of the lonely mug still sitting in place at the table, a familiar goblin hand takes your arm quite firmly. It is Agonor.

"Come with me, young girl. Lord Necthana is ready to see you now." He says and drags you along into a separate room away from the noisy goblins who were unpleasant company for sure.

This new room appears to be a dining room, it has a very, very long table decorated with a white dining cloth still clean and pure. There are dishes, silverware, napkins, empty wine glasses, and empty serving plates in the center. Your character gets a sense that this must have been a very regal or very royal dinner table for very formal occasions and very rich company!

Agonor sets you down on a new chair that is located at the end of the table. The chair is very well crafted and extremely comfortable to sit in. In front of your character on a white plate is a small loaf of dry bread and a small portion of grapes.

Agonor begins to leave out the door in which he had led you through.
"Lord Necthana will be with you shortly, so be on your best manners, right little girl?" he requested calmly.
Crystalwanderingcleric on March 2nd, 2006 11:07 pm (UTC)
she likes this place a lot more and once he leaves she dives at the bread and grapes. Eating very neatly but also very quickly being careful not to spill anything off of her plate. once she has eaten she starts looking around the room.

This dining room has many pictures finely framed on the walls, chandeliers gilded and sparkling like floating diamonds and gold. There is a writing desk in one of the corners of the room, a feather pen dipped in a marble ink cup, and a notebook with a brown cover. The notebook was strangely enough on the floor as if it had been discarded. Before your curiosity is able to drive you toward its contents, you hear a door open and also hear the loud pounding thwamp, thwamp, thwamp footsteps of a new character entering the dining room. Your eyes widen in surprise as a minotaur walks into the dining room and slowly but surely sits himself down in the seat across from you on the other side of the table.

A bulls head with a man’s muscular body. Red hair, bloodshot red eyes, curved long horns, silky grayish white skin. It appears almost thick as a shield and gruesome as a fifty vicious monsters combined. He wore armor like a fully prepared warrior going into numerous wars at once and wears small weapons on the back of his chain mail. He is about ten feet tall and probably weighs more than anyone would wish to know. (See character sheet for a pic!)

He seems very composed and serene in nature, but his burly body smelling of dry sweat and dissolved iron indicates that he was probably worn out from the battle scene earlier in the day. He takes a moment to take a deep breath or two. After some time passes in silence, not even looking into your character's eyes, the minotaur picks up a wine glass and a pitcher that was on his side of the table. Carefully, the minotaur pours the sweet and aromatic shiraz into the crystal clear wine glass. He walks toward your character, his footsteps more padded but still thunderous. He sets the wineglass in front of your character very neatly and starts to walk back to his spot, as he does so, he asks, "So, young lass. What is your name? A pretty little face like you has to have a pretty name. Well then?"
Crystalwanderingcleric on March 3rd, 2006 01:45 am (UTC)
"uh...u can call me what you like sir. im not picky." she looks into his eyes and then back down at the plate picking off and eating one of the last grapes. "...what happened to Michael?" she stands up in her chair looks at him then jumps down to the floor. "Pardon me sir but the chair is to big and i cant see."

She walks over and picks up a book or two. one being the brown notebook and places it on the seat then gets climbs back up onto the chair and looks at him with first a questioned look on her face that slowly turns into a happy smile. "hi!"
Shadowlight (Shad): Friden.drone_dragon on March 3rd, 2006 02:27 am (UTC)
The minotaur stands by his chair and stares at you with bewilderment and crosses his muscular arms, "You are a very strong spirited child, so I shall call you Ying-Fen, it means: strong spirit,” he declared with his deep voice, “Now, as you already know, my name is Corr Necthana, one of the strong fist warlords that roams these lands without loss. Yes, I am the one who has led these soldiers into the nation of Borasheem effectively, but you should know that I always have reason for my actions. Always.” he gazes into your innocent eyes for a few seconds as if he were contemplating something deep in his thoughts, “Your little friend has probably been taken to the prison barracks down below. Do know young lady that there is no escape from this nation under my siege. As long as you behave and comply with my needs, you shall see tomorrow’s sun, you understand me?” he begins to pour his own cup full of wine, “Speaking of which, I have some more questions I’d like you to answer for me, please.” he says stoutly in your direction, “What is your first memory in Borasheem? Tell me the truth, please.”
Crystalwanderingcleric on March 3rd, 2006 03:01 am (UTC)
Ying-fennnnn *she smiles and is delighted with this new name and sound. then she calms down. "i was hanging in this *starts talking with her hands and looks up* huge bird cage thing and it was all dark and there was no door and then the goblin guy came and i climbed up shelf then i met michael and then that mean guy with blade came *puts her hands like they were claws and makes a scary face and growls almost standing in the chair* and michaels like ahhh *scared face* and then im like ahhh and then he was going to get me and...*takes a moment to breath and calms and sits down and tilts her head to one side*...then you stepped in." she stairs in his eyes and waits for his reaction.

O.O.C. Lol! (5 minutes pass) Lol again!

i.c.: Corr Necthana stares at you with little amusement on his face, instead he drinks down the glass of wine like it was water and glimpses out at the window near the dining room table.

"Actually I was the one who put you in the cage from the beginning. We had to keep you somewhere after we had found you. So you don't remember what had happened before the prison cage? The pillar of light? The glowing... well... we won't go into that... are you telling me the truth young lady?"
Crystalwanderingcleric on March 3rd, 2006 04:09 am (UTC)
"yes sir, i dont lie sir....what pillar? maybe i can help?" *looks at him inosently.*
Shadowlight (Shad)drone_dragon on March 3rd, 2006 04:29 am (UTC)
Corr Necthana begins to refill his wine glass, but still seems to be staring outside.

"I guess you should be told of what you do not remember of yourself... although I doubt it is something that you can help with, unless you can really can explain yourself... but like I said I doubt it."

When he notices your innocent look not straying and an additive of interest, he takes a slurp from his wine glass slowly this time and gazes back outside the window.

"We found you," he says, "Near the outer border of the nation's constructs. A gigantic pillar of light, beam, call it what you will had dropped from the high skies and hit the ground with tremendous force. Never before in my war stricken days and nights have I heard such a mysterious sound of energy."

He begins to walk toward the window slowly,

"I and five others went to go investigate this pillar of light and as it began to fade and fizzle, all five of us gathered to the spot were it had hit ground."

Corr then looks at you with caution,

"That is where we found you, Ying-Fen. You were wearing what you are wearing right now, you were still the same little lady you are right now. But you weren't the same personality that one night. No. Your eyes were glowing that night with an aura only spirits or demons of the ancients could produce! You were an absolute fright. Five of my goblins tried to detain you as soon as they saw the fierce glare in your eyes, five of my goblins were disintegrated and turned to ash before they could even come close to touching you."

Corr drank the rest of his wine and set the glass down,

"After that had happened, I could only cover my face and eyes as the worst lightning and waves of sorcery began to flicker and flow in and out of you like a snake of the Wrecker! You did this for about three minutes, and then you just fell to the ground on which you had stood. You fainted and slept... just like any little girl would. I didn't know what to do with you, lass... so I had you locked in the cage to make sure we knew where you were. You're still my prisoner though, but I would like you to explain your display of blight and the such back at the fields. How are you able to do that young lady?" he asks firmly.
Crystalwanderingcleric on March 3rd, 2006 05:22 am (UTC)
her necklace feels like its vibrating and there is a small electric spark that goes from her neckless to the marks on her back. She closes her eyes and hands as if in prayer then looks out the window. her eyes flicker then go back to what they were. "...sounds like self defence to me."
Shadowlight (Shad)drone_dragon on March 3rd, 2006 05:46 am (UTC)
Corr Necthana's eyes narrow, "Perhaps. Still... I don't want any fairy dust, pixie powder, whatever nonsense barricading my goals. This is a very important task I am conducting, I have traveled far to accomplish everything. Which brings me to my next important question to ask you. Tell me the truth, child."

The minotaur leans his hands on the dinner table and stares at you like a owl on the watch.

"Where is the book of Fastosus, or perhaps you know where I might find the book of Superbia? Both are important to me." his voice seems desperate, there is a hint of great importance in his tone.
Crystalwanderingcleric on March 4th, 2006 03:14 am (UTC)
"well most books you can find in a library, yup. but sometimes the knowleadge you seek is right in front of you." *she smiles at him and twittles her hands and toes*
Shadowlight (Shad): Friden.drone_dragon on March 4th, 2006 01:30 pm (UTC)
Necthana crosses his arms at you sternly, but still keeps his voice serene, "What can you tell me about these two books? What do you know, Ying-fen? Please tell me, it is very important."
Crystalwanderingcleric on March 5th, 2006 12:00 am (UTC)
"i wish i could tell you sir but i dont know. i dont remember." she looks down with a pouting look on her face.
Shadowlight (Shad): Friden.drone_dragon on March 6th, 2006 02:59 am (UTC)
Necthana's voice again becomes a mighty deep roar as he starts to walk toward your chair, "Guards!" he bellows, and in walks two goblins from the entrance doors after a millisecond of his summon. "Escort our good guest here to her friend, Michael and all the rest of Borasheem's inhabitants. And bring me the patrol that examined the library earlier this afternoon." After this Corr crosses his arms sternly and says in a gruff settled tone to you, "I am the warlord who holds this nation in my possession young lady, and I shall find what I am looking for... With or without your help. You may return to me when you can tell me where I can find the two books. Thank you for your brief company."

And with the wave of his hand, the two goblins approach your sides both on your left and your right side and hold up their greenish colored hands toward you, waiting for you to comply.
